I was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. I completed my undergraduate degree at Emory University and my graduate degree in medicine at the University of Maryland School of medicine. I then completed my Pediatric Residency training at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. I had 20 years of experience in the field of Pediatrics before deciding to treat adults and children in the field of functional medicine.

I have trained through the institute of Functional Medicine and I am an IFM certified Practitioner. I treat adults and children and no longer provide primary care.

My goal is to create a unique practice with a small “hometown feel”. A place where you have one doctor who knows you and your family well and can advocate for you. I plan on restoring the personal touch, which is too often lost, back into medicine.

I live in Howard County with my husband and four children. Being a mom and learning to create health in my family and home has been my most important and challenging job. It is something that I am continually learning and trying to improve. I aim to share the knowledge with my patients and their families as well. Finding health is a journey and I hope to be a part of yours.
